The Fashion Show

Michelle, Quin & I had dinner with my parents tonight. My Mom said I had to take a bin home that contained a bunch of my old clothes. So, Michelle decided to have a Quin Fashion Show with some of my old hats & shirts. Enjoy!
I have no memory of this hat, but Quin looked cool in it.
Michelle especially liked the feather in the cap!
This one had a feather too!
Hey Kris, if you zoom in, you can see that this hat (the straw-lookin' one above) is from the ROC!
Now, take the red skull-cap with feather and add on the red cowboy vest. Very stylish and very 1980's.
This is the shirt of shirts! I could score a lot of money for this shirt on ebay, instead, it will be passed down from generation to generation. And each of these generations will have increasingly less of an idea of what in the world it means. It will be like finding Cavemen drawings on cave walls. One day, it may even be in a museum.
Yes, the Return of the Jedi shirt will also have a sacred place in Quin's dresser drawer.
The #32 jersey has no 1980's sport star's name on it, I'm not sure it's even for a team. But here you can see my Big-Monster practicing his three-point stance and lineman grimace.
Now you can see that he and Kramer are playing football with Kramer's toy hot-dog.
Quin recovers a Kramer fumble.

For Uncle Andy

"I miss you, Uncle Andy!!! Do you like my outfit?"

Where's Quino?

You've got 2 chances to figure out which one is not the stuffed toy - haha!!!

My New Shoe!

Michelle pulled Quin out of the pack-n-play and he had a new shoe.

I'll sleep how I want to!

When we put Quin to sleep when he's not completely asleep, he gets mad and squirms around and cries until he falls asleep. The other night, this is how we found him.

BYE-BYE LARSENS!!!

We've been blessed the last six months to have my sister, Kris, and her family home from Taiwan. The Reverend Andrew C. Larsen and Kris are missionaries in the ROC (Taiwan - Republic of China). So, we've got to spend a lot of time with Kris, Andy, Isaak, Noelle and Joey over the last six months. It's been a blast. The Larsen's headed back to the ROC this morning, but last night we got to spend a evening together as a family. It was a blast. Thanks Kris & Andy for a very fun, very special six-month visit, we love you!
Uncle Andy wrestling with the boys (Quin felt he had to get in on the action as well).
During their wrestling bout, Uncle Kaare stole Isaak's sweater and said it was his new hat. Isaak took it back and made his own hat.
Uncle Andy and Quin playing with the farm animal toys - apparently horses taste good.
Joey with one set of his godparents (Michelle & I are Joey's godparents as are my brother Kyle and his wife, Ellen).
Mom and her daughters.
Dad and his sons.

Quin getting one last picture with Aunt Kris.
Cousin Joey had to give cousin Quin a kiss good-bye.

6 Months already?!

It's very hard to believe that it's been six months since we were blessed with the happiest little booger you've ever seen. Quin's half birthday was last week and he celebrated it by going to the doctor! He weighed in at a hefty 15.2lbs and was 27in tall. Quin also sat up in the bathtub on his own this weekend. Gosh, he turns 6-months old and thinks he can do anything! What's next?!
