According to the doctor we saw in Urgent Care last night, our boy is amazing. Quin gave us a bit of a scare yesterday when his personality went in the opposite direction. Usually, he doesn't stop moving, never wants to sit still, always jabbering and smiling constantly. Well, yesterday afternoon he woke up from a nap and needed to be held, sobbing as if he was in pain and looking & acting like he was in a complete haze. After waiting for an hour in the Urgent Care waiting area we saw a doctor who pronounced that it's nothing serious but it's the "Viral Yuck" that's going around with kids his age. Doc said she has had kids come in with him symptoms and she's had kids come in with temps as high as 102; so Quin is OK. Michelle's mom said that he was acting like Michelle & her brother acted when they had ear infections. Quin does not have an ear infection, and that's why the doc said he's amazing. The fact that he has not had an ear infection at all considering the history of lots of ear infections in both his parents astounded her (both Michelle & I had several as kids). So, my son is officially amazing (I already knew that, but a doctor said so which just proves it more). He was back to his old self soon after as he was stuffing his face with McDonald French Fries.
